Michael A Parrell 88 of Lakewood died Friday September 4, 2020 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Hazelton, PA he resided in Hazlet for many years before moving to Lakewood in 1970. He retired from the NJ Adult Diagnostic Treatment Center in Avenel after 15 years. He served during the Korean War in the Air Force from 1951-1955. He enjoyed photography, listening to music and playing the trumpet with his band. Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Geraldine, children, Jacqueline M & Christopher Parrell and 8 grandchildren, Rachael, Luke, Joseph, Anna, Christian, Kirsty, Gabriel, Natalia and 2 grandchildren. Visitation and entombment at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River are private.
