Eugene Erbe, 63, of Jackson, New Jersey died unexpectedly in his home on July 19, 2022. Gene was raised in Ridgefield, NJ - he loved boating, fishing and crabbing in Beach Haven West where he was the family boat captain. If he was on land, you could find him at the New Egypt Speedway riding dirt bikes. Raising his family in Brick, he continued his boating passion and enjoyed fishing on his boat and went deep sea fishing whenever he could. Gene worked as a forklift operator for the Home Depot Warehouse in Cranbury, NJ. In his spare time, he loved taking his beloved chocolate lab, Rocky, to the dog beach and enjoyed a nice, cold beer. Cherished father, brother and friend, he is survived by his parents Eugene W. and Dorothy Erbe, his two daughters, Stephanie and fiancé Skylar Decker, Alexandria Erbe and sister Doreen DeMarco and husband Carmine and their children Samantha & Justin.
