Dear Geri & Mike, I want to thank you for all that you did to ensure that my mother's viewing and funeral were as perfect as one could hope for during those difficult days. Fortunately, I knew what to expect with regard to your professionalism and your empathy with the way you performed your services with my dad and my aunt Lou over the past five years. It was so reassuring to know that from the time that I was notified of her death through the day of her funeral that I did not have to deal with any stress or uncertainty. While I never expected as many people to attend her viewing as did, it was comforting to know that Mike was right there helping in every way that he could. I cannot begin to tell you how many comments we received about the way she looked, especially by those who had seen her just before she died. I commented to my wife when we first arrived, that my mom would have been very pleased with her appearance and the way you both handled everything. It was without a doubt something he would have wanted, and both of you couldn't have been more helpful in a sad and difficult time in our lives.
