William V Comforte, 77, died Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Centra State Medical Center, Freehold. Born in the Bronx he spent most of his life in Millstone before moving to Jackson 15 years ago. He was a NY Transit Bus Driver for 25 years before retiring in 1993. He was a parishioner of St John’s Church, Lakehurst. He is predeceased by his wife Frances Comforte in 2018. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Damon & Annmarie Comforte, grandchildren, Brittany, Brianna, Sabrina and Joseph. Burial was private.
