Obituary for Vito "Bill" Napolitano

Vito “Bill” Napolitano, 91, of Pt Pleasant, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ. Born in Montclair, NJ. He resided in Virginia Beach, VA and was an employee of the Christian Broadcasting Network, Virginia Beach before retiring to Zephyrhills, FL. Bill returned to New Jersey in 2002. He relocated to Pt Pleasant 3 years ago. He was a Pastor for over 30 years in FL, VA, & NJ. Bill loved God, his family & his country. Serving the Lord was more than a career. He had a Pastor's heart and was a very kind humble man. He touched the lives of many with his Bible Study Groups that he started everywhere he went. Everyone who met him loved him. He is predeceased by his wife, Mary Jane in 2015 and 2 of his granddaughters. Surviving are his 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Rev. Judith Valencia & John of Toms River, Mary Lou Cooley & Joseph of Chesapeake, VA and Nancy Yurkanin & David of Brick. He is also survived by his sister, Ann Pflug of West Orange, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation is Tuesday, January 21, at 2-4 & 7-9 PM with a Memorial Service at 8 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Rd., Manchester. Final respects will be Wednesday, January 22 at 10 AM, followed by interment at Atlantic View Cemetery, Manasquan.
