Thomas J Bugliaro, 83, of Manchester died Friday January 15, 2021 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. He was born, raised and resided in Brooklyn, NY for most of his life before moving to Manchester in 2003. He owned and operated the Penthouse Hair Salon in Brooklyn, NY for over 40 years, retiring in 2018. He served in the Navy during the Korean War from 1954-1958. He enjoyed his weekly trips to Atlantic City, playing craps and cards. He also enjoyed fine dining, and live music at good restaurants with friends and family. He like playing pinochle with friends, watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, boating and the warmer weather. Family was everything to him. His motto was: Work Hard, Play Hard, Live Hard! He is predeceased by his wife, Joan in 2006. Surviving is his son, Michael & wife Lisa, daughters, Lisa Ann Banwer & husband Craig and Michelle Aragona & husband Michael and 7 grandchildren, Lauren, Michael, Alexa, Daniel, Brittany, Matthew & Christian and 2 great grandchildren, Michael & Everleigh. Visitation is Tuesday 3-7 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Funeral Services are 11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with Entombment to follow at St Gabriel Cemetery, Marlboro.
