Robert C Korber 93 recently of Bricktown died Thursday October 8, 2020 at Willow Springs rehabilitation, Bricktown. Born in Brooklyn, NY he resided South Ozone Park, NY from 1953-2003 and in Farmingdale, NY until 2020 when he moved to Bricktown. He was a general Manager for the HB Bohack & C-Town grocery stores since he was 14 years old. He briefly left to serve in the Navy during World War II from1943-1945. He enjoyed his work and spent many long days at his job. He was a religious man and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Richmond Hill, NY where he was a member of the Holy Name Society and the Bowling League. He was also an avid Brooklyn Dodger & Met Fan. He is predeceased by his wife, Jean Marie in 2015. Surviving are his children, Kathleen M Reynolds, Robert E Korber & his wife Patricia, Timothy T Korber & his wife Carol and Eugene R Korber and 6 grandchildren, Robert A, David, Timothy, twins Louis & Caitlin and Ciera and 2 great grandchildren, Timothy & Henry Korber.
