Peter P. Pianelli 83 of Manchester died April 4, 2020. Born in Brooklyn, NY he resided in Staten Island for 36 years before moving to Manchester in 2004. He owned & operated S&S Pianelli Service Station in Brooklyn before retiring. He was an avid NY Mets & Giants fan. He enjoyed golfing and bowling and was a member of the Staten Island Club & the Bergen & Essex Club. He was a parishioner of St Luke’s Church, Toms River. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Rosanna (Clare), sons, John & his wife Cathy, Peter & his wife Mary Ellen, Christopher & his wife Sylvia, daughter, Roseanne Donohue & her husband Thomas, a sister, Joan Ferriolo and 6 grandchildren, Erin, Philip, Abigail, Christopher, Maria and Julia and 2 great grandchildren, Paul & Sam. Visitation & service will be held at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Rd, Manchester with entombment to follow at St Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
