Paul S Wu, 88, of Manchester, NJ died Tuesday May 17, 2022 at AristaCare@Manchester. Born in Nanking, China in 1933, he moved to the USA from Taipei, Taiwan as an NYU Mechanical Engineering graduate student in 1961, where he received his Masters Degree. He resided in Los Angeles, CA then Dayton, OH, where he received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at University of Cincinnati, and Ithaca, NY and Randolph, NJ before moving to Hong Kong where he worked as an Associate Professor in Manufacturing Engineering at City University of Hong Kong before retiring in 1998. He enjoyed traveling the world and playing tennis. Surviving is his wife of 59 years, Sharon S Chen Wu, daughter, Shumei Warren & husband Thomas, son Kenneth Wu & wife Lydia, sibling Roger Wu, grandchildren (Robert, Sabrina, Tessa, and Jaden). Cremation was private.
