Michael J Anderson 63 of Manchester died Wednesday February 2, 2022 at Arbors Complete Care, Toms River. Born in Neptune he was raised in Freehold Twp and moved to Manchester in 1972 where he attended and graduated from Lakewood HS in 1976. He owned and operated Mike Anderson Carpentry in Manchester for 30 years before retiring in 2015. He was an avid sports fan, most notably for his love of baseball and the Boston Red Sox. He played softball in Manchester & Berkeley’s men’s softball leagues, where he led his team to multiple championships. He was a loving father, brother and grandfather. Surviving is his son, Michael R Anderson & his wife Sarah, daughter, Kelly Bueti & her husband Anthony, brothers, Kenneth Anderson & his wife MaryLou and Thomas Anderson & his wife Karen; a sister, Kathy Patterson & her husband Fred and 3 grandchildren, Roman & Lincoln Bueti and Ethan Anderson. Visitation is Sunday 1-5 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Funeral Services are Monday 10 AM at the funeral home with interment to follow at St Rose of Lima, Freehold.
