Lance Thomas Romano 50 of Seaside Heights died Monday, April 5, 2021 at home. Born in Lakewood he lived in Middletown, Delaware before moving to Seaside Heights 6 years ago. He loved the New York Yankees and Pittsburgh Steelers and enjoyed spending time with his best friend Michelle Naylor and her family. He is predeceased by his parents Tyrone Romano Sr & Carol (Trapp) Romano and brother, Troy S Romano. Surviving are his brothers, Tyrone Jr and Todd Romano and sister, Debra Romano. Cremation is private.
