Kristen Elaine Collins 58 of Jackson. Died Monday November 23, 2020 at home. Born in Jersey City she resided in Columbus for many years before moving to Lakehurst in 2007-2012 and then Jackson. She retired in 2018 from the NJ State Health Dept in Trenton as the Principle Clerk from 1981-2018. She enjoyed gardening & flowers, going to garage sales & festivals, walking on the boardwalk eating ice cream, and riding on the back of her husband's motorcycle. She loved her dogs, Betty & Barney, a Bassett Hound English Bull dog mix and her beloved Shannon, a Beagle who died last year. She was a member of the 1st Church of the Nazarene in Toms River. She is predeceased by her parents James & Marian temple. Surviving are her husband of 13 ½ years, John “Jackie” Collins, her sister, Kerry Miller and 3 nieces and nephews. Visitation is Friday 9-11 AM at Oliverie Funeral Home with a service to follow at 12 PM at 1st Church of The Nazarene in Toms River. Funeral home will be live streamed.
