Kenneth F Lay, 90, of Manchester, died November 16, 2019 at his daughter’s house in Andover. Born in Newark, he had lived in Maplewood for 35 years before moving to Manchester in 1997. He was a graduate of Rutgers Law School in 1957 and had worked for Spingarn & Sachs in Union City for 20 years, then had worked for the Law Offices of George Moser in Secaucus for 9 years before retiring in 1991. In 1984, he was President of his classes in Newark. He was an avid water & snow skier, and loved spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Charlotte Lay, in 2015. He is survived by his daughters: Judith & Robert Bahr, and Catherine & Robert Raddi; and 6 grandchildren: Erica, Sarah, Robert, & Grace Raddi, and Tyler & Garret Bahr. Visitation is Friday at 10am with a service at 10:30am at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Interment will follow to St Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
