Joyce Dibble 91 of Whiting died Thursday April 30, 2020 at Crestwood Manor, Whiting. Born in Queens NY she lived North Babylon and Long Island before moving to Whiting. She was a parishioner of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Manchester. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano. She is predeceased by her husband Harold in 2017. Surviving are daughters, Diane Dibble and Beverly Bates, 11 grand children, sister Carole Mae Olsen, nephew, Erik Olsen, and niece Susan Lamy. The inurnment was private at Brigadier Gen Wm C Doyle Veterans Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Manchester.
