Obituary for Joseph A Fabrizio

Joseph A Fabrizio 74 of Manchester died at home with his wife at his side on Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Born in Jersey City he lived in Pt Pleasant for 43 years before moving to Renaissance in 2016. He served in the Army during Vietnam from 1965-1967. He worked for PSE&G in Elizabeth for 30 years retiring in 1996 as a substation operator. He enjoyed playing golf, biking and the beach in Sarasota and also wintered in Hilton Head, NC. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge # 1549. He is predeceased by his son Peter in 2004 and his brother Jay Sliwa in 2020. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Ellen and a daughter, Patricia Dozois & her husband Christopher and 3 grandchildren, Caden, Samantha & Ryan and his brother, Peter Fabrizio & his wife Annette. Visitation is Friday 4-8 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Saturday 10 AM at St John’s Church, Lakehurst with a private cremation to follow.
