Joseph A Burgos 79 died Thursday September 3, 2020 at home. Born in Dorado Puerto Rico where he resided before moving to Manchester in 2004. He served in the Vietnam War in the Air Force from 1959-1963. He worked in printing at Donnelly Printing in Old Saybrook, CT and at the reservation desk for Mexicana Air Airlines & Eastern Airlines in New York City.
