John Stephen Kempf, 71, of Manchester died Thursday March 31, 2022 at Green Acres Manor, Toms River. Born in Camden NJ he resided in Somerset for 32 years before moving to Manchester 4 years ago. He was a proud alumni of Rutgers University, Class of 1975. He enjoyed camping, fishing, Rutgers Football, reading, collecting model cars, playing horseshoes and was extremely handy around the house. He volunteered in the community as a Boy Scout Den Leader, baseball coach and president of the local Little League. He worked in the plastic blow molding and modern manufacturing. Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Carol Kempf, sons, John A Kempf & his wife Leslie and Eric Kempf & his wife Tara, brothers, Roy & Bruce Kempf and 4 grandchildren, Preston, April, Ryder and Kacey.
