James E Breen 69 of Manchester died Friday March 18, 2022 at home. Born in New York, NY he resided in in Mahwah for 10 years before moving to Cumming, GA for a few years and then Manchester 13 years ago. He was his wife’s caregiver for the last 14 years and prior he drove a taxi for Ridgewood Taxi Services. He served in the Navy during Vietnam from 1969-1973. He was a member of the disabled American Veteran’s chapter #24 in Toms River and the NJ American Legion Post #1000 in Trenton. Surviving is his beloved wife of 33 years Eileen Breen, sister, Susan Lebeis, brother-in-law, John G McPhillips & his wife Mary, nephew, John P McPhillips, nieces, Michelle E McPhillips and Alexa Lebeis and many dear friends. Visitation is Monday 6-9 PM with an 8 PM service at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Interment is Tuesday 11:30 AM at Brigadier Gen Wm C Doyle NJ Veterans Cemetery.
