Jacqueline A Welch “Wacky Aunt Jacky”, 57 of Toms River died Tuesday February 8, 2022 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Newark she resided in Lakehurst for 30 + years before moving to Toms River over 20 years ago. She worked for the Ocean County Board of Health in clinical services for 23 years before retiring in 2021. She enjoyed interior decorating, playing softball for the “Crybabies”. Loved babies & children and her pet dog Snow and was always willing to help others. Surviving is her daughter, Erika Algor, brothers, Bill, Frankie & Donnie Welch and her sister Mary Welch and her niece Kayla Soto. The family request that you wear her favorite color pink to the Memorial Gathering on Tuesday from 4-8 PM with a 7 pm service at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St Jude’s Way Memphis TN 38105.
