Harold L Hansen 79 of Toms River died Thursday January 16, 2020 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Newark he resided in Barnegat for 30 years before moving to Toms River 8 years ago. He was a Union Truck Driver for Local Unions #560 in Union & #478 in New York City. He worked at M&M Transport Services in Newark for 15 years and several ABF Freight locations in New Jersey for 25 years before retiring. He enjoyed boating, crabbing, riding his motorcycle, the beach and road trips. He also liked going to Walt Disney World anytime he could. He loved spending time with his family especially on the holidays and he adored his dogs, Cocoa, Harley & Sparky. He is predeceased by his brother-in-law Jack Marflak. Surviving are his wife of 46 years Frances A., son, Michael Hansen & wife April, 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Hansen Byrne & Paul, Karen Hansen Wuttke & Kurt and Dorothy Hansen Fucci, sister, Dorothy Marflak, and 2 brothers-in-law, Dominick Ciccarella and Michael Ciccarella & his wife Roseanne, 14 grandchildren, Nicole, Kenny Jr, Brian, Miranda, Vincent, Michael, Jacqueline, Kurt, Brandon, Enrico, Angelina, Rocco, Connor and Ryan, and 9 great grandchildren, Robert, Audreyanna, Isabella, Carmela, Mia, Preston, Evyn, Zoey and Myles and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and a great-great nephew. Visitation is Monday 12-4 PM with a 4 PM service at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester.
