Eylene Ruggiero, 97, of Toms River, died Sunday, May 17, 2020 at The Chelsea of Toms River. Born in Hoboken, she had lived in Point Pleasant, and Manchester for 20 years before moving to Toms River in 2013. She was a secretary for the Howell Township Board of Education. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Vincent J. Ruggiero, in 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Lyn Ruggiero. A private entombment at St Catharine Cemetery, Wall.
