Edwina M. Blotsky, 83, of Lake Ridge, Toms River, died suddenly on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at home. Born in Elizabeth, she resided in Tinton Falls before moving to Toms River in 2004. She was an interior designer for 40 years before retiring in 2007. Edwina was a member of the Lake Ridge Chorus, Women’s Club, Drama Club, & Shalom Club. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with family. Edwina was predeceased by her husband, Sheldon, in 2011. She is survived by her sons: Kenneth, Peter, & Daniel Simon; grandchildren, Jake, Erin, Kate, & Jack Simon, and Malcolm & Tamir Gillespie; great granddaughter, Mya; and companion, Joseph Zarrelli. Visitation is 10-1 pm with services at noon on Thursday December 29, 2022, at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Interment to follow at Brigadier Gen Wm C Doyle NJ Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity.
