Charlotte F Perkel, 95, died Sunday, November 22, 2020 at home in Manchester. Born in West New York she resided in Manchester since 1987. She was a homemaker for many years. Charlotte is predeceased by her son, Tyrone Tamberlli (1971) and is survived by her son, Bruce Tamberelli of Oakland, CA. Graveside service will take place Tuesday 11:30 AM at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
