On November 25, 2022 Catherine Jensen who was born in Brooklyn N.Y., a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away surrounded by her family. Catherine is survived by her loving husband George of 64 years. Their two daughters, Julie Califano, Kristine Parrino, her husband Joe. Much joy was brought to her by all 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Lauren, her husband Mike, Donald, Ally and Noelle. Catherine is also survived by her two sisters Julia and Eileen. She is predeceased by her son-in-law Lorenzo Califano. Catherine and her husband have resided in New Jersey for the last 33 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and taking daily walks with friends. She loved to cruise and travel especially to Hilton Head S.C. where she always enjoyed family and views of the ocean. She will be greatly missed by her family and will always be remembered in their hearts. Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, December 3rd from 1-5 with a 2pm service at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759.
