Message to the Family: I am so blessed to have such happy and fun memories of Auntie Catherine "Toots." They start out with a family trip to the World's Fair where we had the original Tail Gate lunch. Auntie Ann and Kay couldn't wait for the Miss Clairol exhibit. Dad and Uncle Jimmy lead the way to the Phone Company display. They were displaying phones that are now called "Face Time" There were summers spent in the Pocono's . The Harte's said we would meet half way for these vacations. We lived in Springfield, Illinois. I am also the recipient of her Mink Coat. Colleen kindly brought it to a family reunion in July in the Midwest. I wear my Vintage Mink coat daily in January. Kay was the family Fashionista! Oh the shopping she and mom did. I think of Catherine as happy and laughing. She is smiling down on all of us and having a great time with Jimmy and Dad.
