Carolyn L Parody, 83, died Wednesday, September, 9, 2020, at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel. Born in Brooklyn, New York she spent over 40 years in Manalapan before retiring to Manchester 12 years ago. She worked at the Monmouth County Courthouse as a Secretary for many years before retiring.
She loved being at the beach and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joseph Parody, her sons and daughter, Christopher Parody, Joseph J Parody, Catherine Gallo, her sister, Joan Bosotina, her 5 grandchildren, Bridget, Miranda, Kellie, Duncan and Robert. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 13th from 2 – 5 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Interment will be held at NJ Veteran’s Cemetery, Arneytown at a later date.
