Carolyn J Abatemarco 92 of Manchester died Tuesday January 28, 2020 at home. Born in Brooklyn, NY she resided in Bridgewater for 16 years before moving to Manchester in 2004. She retired after 25 years as a supervisor from the Brooklyn Dept of Social Services. She enjoyed knitting, crosswords, puzzles, socializing, her occasional trips to Atlantic City and Bocce Ball. She is predeceased by her husband Michael in 2008 and her son Thomas in 2013. Surviving are her son Michael J and companion Laura, sister, Barbara Ann Dazzo, 4 grandchildren Eleanor, Michael, and twins Carolyn & Rita, and 3 great grandchildren, Jackson, Kenny and Emilia. Visitation is Thursday 4-8 pm at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Friday 10 AM at St John’s Church, Lakehurst with interment to follow at St Mary’s Cemetery, Lakewood.
