Carl “Jim” A Larson III, 87 of Jackson died Wednesday April 21, 2021 at Monmouth Medical Center-Southern Campus, Lakewood. Born in Fords, NJ he resided in Jackson since 1971. He worked as a mechanic and was the acting president of the union until retirement in 1987 after 30 + years. He enjoyed bow hunting, fishing and was a member of the WA-XO-BE Archery Club. He is predeceased by his wife Joan in 2019. Surviving are his children, Jimmie & his girlfriend Lorie, Kenny & his girlfriend Christy, Gary & his wife Sandi, Joanne Hutton, Karen Biersdadt, Nancy & her husband Kevin, sister, Joan Fekete and 13 grandchildren, Gregory, Eric, Jimmie, Stefanie, Kenny, Melissa, Christopher, Stephen, Heather, Tara, Aimee, Jimmy & Caitlyn and 13 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN 38101. Cremation was private.
