Albert H. Treiber, 74, of Silver Ridge section of Berkeley Township, NJ, died Wednesday, August 26 at Aristacare – Manchester. Born in Newark, he had resided in Brick before moving to Berkeley Twp over 10 years ago. Albert was the life of a party. He was very involved in his grandchildren’s life, down to car shopping with Lisa for his granddaughter’s first car. He loved to attend his grandson’s baseball games and when he couldn’t, he always asked, “How did he do?” He was a proud veteran of the US Army serving in Vietnam. He never missed a birthday or a graduation. Albert loved his family and friends. He lived a full life and we are glad he isn’t suffering anymore. We cherish all the memories and want him to know we love him and that he is always in our hearts. Albert is survived by his daughter, Lisa M. Jensen; son, Albert D. Treiber; sister, Catherine Rocha; grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Nicholas, & AJ; and former wife, Nancy J. Treiber. Memorial Gathering will take place, Wednesday, September 9 from 4-6pm at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, with a prayer service at 5pm.
