John Ralph Famiglietti “60” of Leisure Knoll, Manchester died Friday, March 12, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 80 years old. John is predeceased by his parents, Angelo Ralph Famiglietti and Josephine (Pisanello) Famiglietti. Born in Jersey City, he lived there for most of his life before moving to Manchester in 2011. He was employed for 44 years with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority before retiring in 2002. He was a parishioner of St John’s Church, Lakehurst. He enjoyed many vacations with family and friends, watching his favorite old movies, The Godfather being his favorite, feeding his backyard birds, but most of all loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Adele (Annucci) Famiglietti, a son and daughter in law, Angelo and Karen Famiglietti, a daughter and son in law, Frances and Anthony Casiano and 3 cherished grandsons, John Ralph Famiglietti, his namesake, Anthony John and Michael Angelo Casiano. Visitation is Monday from 4-7 pm at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Tuesday at 10:00 am at St John’s Church, 619 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst with interment to follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
